Shingle roofing isn't the dominant Anthem roof type, but it's a meaningful share — particularly on second-story additions, casitas, and a percentage of the original Country Club and Parkside builds. GAF Timberline HDZ, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark are our most-installed systems on Anthem homes. Each comes in palettes that work with the warm-tone Spanish Colonial and Tuscan stucco that dominates the community. For homes in the Hillsides where wind exposure on the eastern slope is genuinely greater, we recommend impact-rated (IR) options and the manufacturer's enhanced-fastening starter and ridge package.
