New River is the semi-rural community just north of Anthem along Interstate 17. The housing stock is more varied than Anthem itself — older homes, custom builds, and a mix of roof systems.
More variety than the Anthem subdivisions — older tile, asphalt shingle on a meaningful share of homes, foam on contemporary builds, and standing seam metal on custom homes. The wind exposure can be even greater than the Anthem Hillsides on the more elevated New River parcels, and we adjust the install detailing accordingly.
New River sits outside the Anthem Community Council jurisdiction, but local HOAs and county requirements still apply. We coordinate any required approvals before scheduling.
